Princess Cibeles Chavez is an artist at the McAllen Creative Incubator focusing on several artistic disciplines. She strives to engage the community with art and expression.
One of her disciplines is henna tattooing. These all-natural, temporary tattoos vary from simple to intricate and can last up to two weeks.
When asked what her favorite part was about working with henna she said, “I love the requests I get!” She shares that her customers never fail to surprise her with their fun and challenging design requests. Chavez has studied this art form for several years and has since drawn both traditional and abstract works.
You can set up an appointment for a henna tattoo at her studio in the McAllen Creative Incubator. Appointments can be booked by contacting her directly at 830-476-3503. Chavez will also be hosting a henna tattoo workshop where she will demonstrate the techniques involved with this art form. For upcoming workshop information visit,
